Recruiting overseas candidates can typically take anywhere from 16 to 24 months. We have candidates in the pipeline to shorten this timeframe for our clients. We have A, B and C tracks that bring you the candidates you need with specific requirements and timeframes.
Each candidate is thoroughly screened for both behavioral and clinical skills, based on your requirements.

CGNFS - Commission of Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools
NCLEX - National Council Licensure Examination
TOEFL - Test of English as a Foreign Language or
IELTS - International English Language Testing System
Before any nurse can enter the United States, they must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be registered in their country of origin. They must pass an extensive background check and be qualified for a US Visa. We have partnered with US attorneys who specialize in immigration law to handle all of this phase of the process to ensure everything is done to the highest standard.
